Very disappointing....Employees should wear gloves. It's not their fault, management should pay more attention to this details. Management should expend money in training their employees on how to work in a clean place. They should teach them on how to follow a correct food hygiene. My personal experience... it was terrible. The girl that took our order, she was new it was not her fault not even the other workers or her or the supervisor of the shift was aware of what was happening on how unsanitary this place is. They were touching money, putting their on their face their clothing and what... no gloves.

The ice cream and shakes are really good,always have to stop there but today(04/25/17)at 8.30pm,the guy that was on service was rude,and did nothing but talk with colleague, slowly drinking his coffee while costumers just walk away,like me.It's sad...

I went jersey garden location to have ice cream that's I really love it But this time is very bad experience I had ever in my life 5 pm New Jersey time 4/21/2017I order ice cream from location he throw it on me I asked server can you clean around cup was melted ice cream He again giving and me attude He said wait!!!! but it was really rude I said so I do not want to have if you act like this He said okay do not get itSo I really wanna know as a big company haagendazs train the employee to serve the customer that way!!!!!! No way I will get it ice cream from them also I will inform all of my friend living that area how rude they are Thanks

I love the ice creams and smoothies of Häagen-Dazs. In the United States, these milkshakes are spectacular, not like in Spain that only give you 1 or 2 balls that are not too big and look more like a smoothie than the liquid that is ...If you have the "passport" discount is 1 $ less.

Kids love their milkshakes. A bit pricy but taste delicious.
